God wants us to be faithful to do whatever He has called us to do! If we fail in that assignment, our part is missing in the plan of God.

There is a place in our lives for Mary’s character trait displayed in Luke 10, but according to the Scriptures there is also a place for action. James 2:17, (NIV) explains that, “… faith by itself, if it is not accompanied by action, is dead.”
Have you ever been in a situation that forced you to be tough but you weren’t. We like our contemporaries in Scripture all have moments where our responses demonstrate our human limitations.
Freewill is an aspect of our lives we sometimes ignore when it comes to God. Although God has given us a promise, the choice is still ours. We have to choose to hold on to that promise and believe it even when things seemingly are against us!
Worship creates an atmosphere for God’s presence and in that atmosphere our ears and hearts are receptive to His voice.
God uses the gifts and talents He has given us! He tells us to do something so He can do something!
Guilt often clouds our perception of reality. It has the tendency to play with our minds and develop scenarios that replace the truth in our hearts. What do you need to hear? What words do you need to believe that will bring certainty, beyond a shadow of the doubt, that Jesus loves you!
