King David wrote, “The unfolding of Your Words gives light; it gives understanding to the simple” (Psalm 119:130, NIV). I am always so excited when the Lord shines His light on a scripture verse or passage. He always brings a fresh, revealing truth sure to shake me from my mundane thinking. Hebrews 4:12a says, “The Word of God is living and active…” (NIV). If you want to know God better, there is no better way than becoming daily acquainted with His Word. Zoë Life Words is my humble attempt to share with you some of those nuggets of truth my Lord has shared with me. It is my prayer that they will motivate you to read and discover for yourself how wonderful our Father is!

In the midst of life’s challenges, God grants to us the benefit of His blessing to help us grow to maturity.
When our Lord forgave our sins, He paved the way for healing to take place in our lives. Likewise, when we forgive others, restoration is possible through the healing of relationships.
There are benefits bought and paid for by the blood of Jesus for those who love and serve Him!
When you bless the Lord, when you exalt His name, when you worship Him with your time, your treasure and your talents choose to bless Him with ALL, with everything, withholding nothing!
What a privilege to know that God’s goodness and unfailing love allows us to dwell in His house (under His supervision and under His care) forever and ever!
When Satan has launched an all-out attack on you, God ignores the clamor because He knows HOW He will deliver you!
Even in the darkest times of our lives, God is there with us! He never leaves or forsakes us. God is right there walking with us through the heart wrenching, the mind-numbing grief of loss and pain.
“Come to me with your ears wide open. Listen, and you will find life….” Isaiah 55:3
Jesus came to us as a shepherd to sacrifice His life so that in His presence we would have all we need.
